Product Returns

All products are returnable for a full refund of the invoiced price (excluding freight) when returned within 30 days of purchase, unused and in re-saleable condition. The purchaser is responsible for all return freight charges.

If you receive a product that is defective or has been damaged in transit, contact Novis immediately on 1300 738 885 or email with the relevant details.

You can choose to extend your warranty period on a range of products from Novis for a one or two year period.  Extended warranty must be purchased at the time of product purchase.
