Novis Extended Warranty
You can choose to extend your warranty period on a range of products from Novis for a one or two year period. Extended warranty must be purchased at the time of product purchase.

We are here to help. If the products you purchased need to be returned to us, it must be done before 7 days of the invoice date.
Any return request after this date may not be accepted. Please contact us before sending the items back. There maybe alternative products that may better suit your needs.
Restocking fee of 20% of the total invoiced amount applies. Customer to pay for their own return cost.
Products must be returned in unopened and saleable condition.
