Product Returns

All products are returnable for a full refund of the invoiced price (excluding freight) when returned within 30 days of purchase, unused and in re-saleable condition. The purchaser is responsible for all return freight charges.

If you receive a product that is defective or has been damaged in transit, contact Novis immediately on 1300 738 885 or email novis@novis.com.au with the relevant details.
